MOMS Program

The MOMS Program is designed to provide medication assisted treatment to women with opioid addictions and who are pregnant or have recently given birth. The MOMS program focuses on connecting women to prenatal/postnatal medical treatment and providing care coordination to ensure access to recovery supports, substance use and mental health treatment resources, and referrals for housing, transportation, education/employment assistance, and/or legal services, Our intake process is expedited for women who are pregnant.

Our MOMS program works with many community agencies to ensure each woman has needed resources to support her and her child(ren). We have collaborative relationships with Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services (JFS); Hamilton County Justice Center; Good Samaritan HOPE Program; Central Community Health Board (CCHB); Off The Streets; Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services; First Step Home; and Anna Louise Inn, as well as many others.

Our MOMS Program offers:

  •  Opiate addiction treatment for pregnant/postpartum women
  •  Quick access to medication such as methadone or buprenorphine
  •  Drug screening
  •  Prevention and education
  •  Counseling
  •  Psychiatric services
  •  Care coordination
  •  Case management services
  •  Referral services for housing, financial assistance, pre-natal care etc.

Admission Criteria
**The individual must be pregnant or have given birth within 2 years and have an opioid diagnosis.**
