Chaney Allen Women's Continuum of Care

Women Sitting and Talking

The Crossroads Center’s Chaney Allen Women’s Continuum of Care Program is designed to provide a continuum of health care services to women, especially those with dependent children and women of childbearing age. Services are provided in a 24 hour, structured residential setting, We also have an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The length of stay is generally sixty-five days, but is individualized for each client.

The program is structured to provide a continuum of care, beginning with focused community outreach and education; followed by a centralized assessment with screening to the appropriate level of care: outpatient or non-medical residential. Services provided may include individual and group therapy, case management services and psychiatric treatment.

The program is designed to provide services and activities that impact several co-occurring problems such as child abuse/neglect, trauma issues, gambling addiction, chronic health issues, dual disorders, employment and self-sufficiency and home management deficiencies. The program has collaborative relationships with the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services , Hamilton County Justice Center, Probation and Parole Departments, University of Cincinnati Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) and other social service agencies.
