David D. Hood, M.Div., - Assistant to the CEO.

David comes to us after serving 20 years as a Lead Pastor in churches all over Ohio and Indiana.  He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 29 years, and together they have four uniquely wonderful children, two grandchildren and a third on the way. When David isn’t working, he loves to cook and spend time with his family.

David is excited to bring all of his experience and gifts to serve the community that The Crossroads Center calls family.  David sees his role as Assistant to the CEO in two ways.  First, to be a support in any way possible for the office of the CEO where vision, decision, and direction often happen.  Second, to be a translator and liaison between the agency and the office of the CEO, helping share information and removing obstacles for our agency team members wherever possible.

Keith Kuhn, MBA, MSW – Chief Operating Officer

For the last 13 years, Mr. Kuhn has served in various executive leadership positions in the behavioral health and addiction treatment industry. His extensive work history includes being the director of outpatient programs, vice president of operations, CEO, and Executive Director.

Keith has a Master of Social Work in Administration/ Planning/Community from Arizona State University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, with expertise in addiction treatment includes program development, co-occurring disorders, and management. He is the recent past president of the Central Illinois Recovery Coalition and has more than 29 years in the field of addiction treatment and behavioral health.  Please join me in welcoming Keith to the Executive Team in service of the mission of our agency!
